Returns & Exchanges

At Geppetto's Toys, we want you to be delighted with your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
